Errors, Breakage, and Returning Merchandise:

If You have made an error or want to return an unused item:
*Please be aware of our new return policies*
Merchandise may ONLY be returned by contacting our customer service department and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us about your intent to return items within Five business days of receipt of the goods . We must have the product back within 30 business days of receipt of the goods. (We would like to know about items being returned so we do not reorder these items from our vendors and wind up with to much overstock).
Do to rising costs returns are costing our company more each year. Returns cause waste of resources and loss of time. Your original order was processed by a person getting hourly wages. Your return will be processed by a person on hourly wages also. Your order was shipped in a cardboard box with packaging. Department of Transportation Regulations says Most boxes and packaging cannot be reused to protect products again, so most of the packaging from returns are discarded. Credit Card transaction fees are lost. We can no longer absorb the cost of returns and must pass this cost onto the person who is making the return. All returns as of September 1st, 2011will incur a Minimum $5.00 processing fee or 15% restocking fee whichever is higher.
We do not refund any shipping or handling fees on returning merchandise.

An invoice is on the OUTSIDE of the box. Please have this invoice available when you call.
Please be aware we are not responsible for loss or damage of the goods by the freight company. We will be happy to assist you with your claim process.
We *Must* be contacted within Five business days of receipt of the items to make a claim with the shipping company. Packages are insured during transit. Products are *NOT* insured against damage at your home, shop, or on a job site. If you call after five days of receiving the goods and say you never opened the box and checked the items, we will refuse the claim. The shipping company has no way of knowing how that box was handled after you received it, and that is not their responsibility. Opening the box and checking the order is your responsibility.
Please save the box and internal packaging for ten days. The shipping company occasionally will ask for the broken item and packaging for inspection.
If We have made an error on an order:
We are always pleased by satisfying our customers. We will correct any error made by us without expense to you. An invoice is on the OUTSIDE of the box. Please have this invoice available when you call. Please call us within Five business days of receipt of the goods to report a mistake. We would like to know right away so we can rectify the problem and prevent us from making the same mistake over again. We will not accept any claims for damaged or missing merchandise after Five business days of receipt of the goods. Opening the box and checking the order is your responsibility.
